1. Agreement to Terms
By creating an account and using our app, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. User Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account login details. You must be a practicing educator or individual over 18 to create an account.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Free accounts provide limited trial generations. Upgrading to a ‘Pro’ account requires a recurring or fixed payment processed securely through Stripe. Cancellations can be made through your user dashboard settings.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the app to generate abusive, malicious, or intentionally fraudulent content.
5. Limitation of Liability
The AI-generated comments are templates provided as-is to assist teachers. Educators retain full responsibility for reviewing, editing, and verifying the final accuracy of all text before submitting it to their respective schools or reporting portals.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
